Stimulates the secretion of gastric juices, which can ease painful indigestion and upset stomachs and improve loss of appetite. Reduces nausea, which is useful for management of hangovers and travel sickness. Ginger essential oil is an aid to improved peripheral circulation, it may ease muscular aches and pains associated with mild arthritis.
